Anna is a Registered Nurse and Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher. She has studied and taught in India as well as the USA. Her teaching focus since the early 1970's has been to integrate the healing practices of yoga into medical and behavioral health settings. She currently teaches yoga to patients and staff at Roger's Memorial Hospital. Other classes are conducted at Blue Sky School of Therapeutic Massage, Laurel Oaks Senior Living facilities, and at UWM, the College of Health Sciences. She facilitates women's Yoga Weekend at the Star Lake Retreat Center near Eagle River, Wisconsin.
