www.lightly.comPatricia Clason, RCC, founder of Center for Creative Learning and Accountability Coaching Associates, was the first to receive the Registered Corporate Coach designation from the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches. She also created the Business Coaching Certificate program at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, the first university-based coach training in Wisconsin. A founding and active member of multiple coaching associations and organizations, she currently coordinates Milwaukee Coaches on LinkedIn. Patricia brings over twenty-five years of coaching experience to her coach training programs - for in-house coaches and managers, as well as training "external" coaches and consultants.
Patricia has presented over 500 weekend intensives working with emotional intelligence since 1983. She trains therapists, counselors and workshop leaders in emotional process work and working with trauma survivors.
